Yokez is an independent singer-songwriter known for her sweet vocals and bubbly personality. She has participated and received awards in various competitions, including Hear Me Sing, XQRJ, SG:SW, and was recently crowned champion in the "I Write and Sing My Song 2017" songwriting competition with her motivational pop tune "Looking Forward". 

 

In 2018, she held an originals showcase at Esplanade as part of the Huayi - Chinese Festival of Arts "We are Singer-songwriters" series. She also performed at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre for the "TGIF Music Station" series. In June 2018, Yokez released her debut 5-track self-penned EP - notably, her duet love song《你的出现》entered the Spotify Top 50 Viral Tracks Malaysia All Genre Chart, and has garnered over 200 thousand streams on Spotify so far.
